Acceptance of terms

By accessing the Pantru thin slice, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you act on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind the organization to this agreement.

The thin slice mirrors the production stack—Expo app, Fastify BFF, BullMQ worker, and web experience—so feedback here informs the full launch. Use of pre-release features may require additional acknowledgements.

Accounts & security

Authentication relies on Supabase magic links and device codes. Keep your email inbox secure, protect device codes, and notify us immediately at support@pantru.com if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for actions taken under your account.

Tokens are stored in secure device storage when available. If we detect tampering, we may revoke access tokens, pause queue replay, and request additional verification.

Permitted use

Use Pantru to capture receipts, manage pantry inventory, generate Use-It-Up recipes, and maintain shopping lists. Do not misuse the platform by attempting to access other households, reverse engineer security controls, or flood the system with automated traffic.

Demo data provided with the thin slice (sample receipts, seeded households) is for evaluation only. You may not repackage or resell the service without our written consent.

Liability & disclaimers

Pantru is provided "as is". We strive to meet the PRD targets—≤5s parse time, <90s onboarding, 99% crash-free—but we do not warrant uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the greater of USD $100 or fees paid in the 12 months preceding a claim.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of business, revenue, or data.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated to account owners via email or in-app notice. Continued use after an update indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
